How can I receive Alerts?
You can receive alerts via voice, text, email, and/or secure message within online banking.
Are OnLine Banking Alerts free?
Yes, OnLine Banking Alerts are free. Note: You may be charged for text messages by your service provider depending on your mobile plan.
How do I set up OnLine Banking Alerts?
Log into your OnLine Banking and select Alerts from the preferences section. Then click on Add Alert.
When will I receive my Alerts?
Some alerts are immediate while others are processed at end of day. In some cases, you may choose when you want to receive the alert.
Can I change my Alerts?
Absolutely. Log into your OnLine Banking and select Alerts under the Preferences section. Highlight the alert you wish to change and click edit.
If I change my OnLine Banking email address will that change the alert email address?
We require you to change the email address for your alerts separately from the OnLine Banking email address. That gives you the flexibility to send your Alerts to a different email address. Select the alert you wish to change and click edit.
