Chief Financial Officer Departure and Interim Chief Financial Officer Named

SOMERSET, PA (December 9, 2021) – On December 3, 2021, David Hudak, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Somerset Trust Holding Company and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Somerset Trust Company, separated from service with those entities, effective as of such date. Hudak began working for Somerset Trust Company in 1997, serving in various capacities related to accounting and finance.

Jennifer Sheeler, current Vice President and Operations Officer of Somerset Trust Company, has been named as interim Chief Financial Officer and interim Treasurer of both Somerset Trust Holding Company and Somerset Trust Company, effective as of December 6, 2021. Sheeler has 14 years of experience with the organization and 5 years of experience in public accounting.

Sean Cook, CEO and President of Somerset Trust Company, is confident in Sheeler’s ability to serve in these new roles.
