As a Somerset Trust Company Bill Pay user, we need to share some important information with you!
We are always looking for ways to provide the best products to our customers, so over the weekend of June 19th-21st, Bill Pay will be upgraded with a new look and improved functionality! What does that mean for you?
- Convenient New Features
- Easier Navigation
- Bill Pay setup on Mobile Devices
- Real-Time Person to Person transfers
- Picture Pay
All of your information and previously set up payments will be maintained, so there is no action needed from you in the transition to the new and improved Bill Pay. The final cutoff for payments will be Friday, June 19th at 2:00 PM. The new Bill Pay system will be in place Monday, June 22nd.
If you have any questions, please contact our Call Center at 1-800-972-1651, and talk to a person, not a machine. Service associates are available Monday through Friday from 7:00am through 9:00pm, and weekends from 7:00am through 5:00pm.
