Our Hiring Process

Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know you while giving you the opportunity to learn more about Somerset Trust and the role you're pursuing.

  2. Interview & Screening

    Qualified candidates may be invited to interview with our team. As part of the process, background checks, reference verification, and other screening requirements may apply.

  3. Offer

  4. Onboarding

    Once your offer is accepted, you'll be scheduled to attend orientation and training in Somerset to help prepare you for a successful start with Somerset Trust.
