The Program Administrator has full access to all credit cards issued to your business/organization.

To open an account, you will need your driver's license or passport; your U.S. social security number; your U.S. citizenship or resident alien status; account information for accounts that you would like to close and/or transfer to Somerset Trust Company; and at least $25 to deposit into your new Somerset Trust Company account (Initial minimum deposit amounts range from $25-$500 depending on the type of account opened.).

A Traditional IRA consists of pre-tax money; contributions made prior to Federal Withholding and distributions are taxable income to the IRA owner in the year they are received. A Roth IRA consists of after-tax money; contributions are made after Federal WIthholding is deducted and distributions (original contribution plus earnings*) are tax free. *A Roth IRA must be open for at least five years or tax will be charged on the earnings when a withdrawal is made. Note: withdrawals from either type of IRA before age 59 1/2 are assessed an IRS penalty of 10%.
Yes, a Trust allows you to avoid probate. A Trust is private, only the beneficiaries are aware of the Trust and its value. A Will is filed for Probate, and once filed, it becomes public.
A revocable trust will avoid probate similar to beneficiaries on annuities and qualified plan assets. However not all accounts with beneficiaries named will avoid probate. There are also tax and estate benefits to different trusts, as well as privacy.
